QUOTES

I found a set I love but I want a different quote I saw on your site. Can I swap?

Sure can. If you see another quote on my site you like better, simply include the changes in the notes when you checkout and I'll swap them free of charge. If I'm at all unsure of what you want, I'll email you a preview to confirm prior to printing.

I found a set I love but want a quote you don't offer. Can I get a custom quote?

Most likely yes :) Some quotes are copyrighted so please email me with the quote you'd like before purchasing. If I can do it and don't already offer it on the site, there will be a $6 custom change fee.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (2-3 days) is $5. Need it sooner? Email me for rush shipping quotes.

When will my order ship?

Since every order is customized based on your needs, production time usually runs around 5-6 business days (M-F). I generally ship through USPS and it takes 3 days on average for products to arrive. If you need your item sooner please email me at hello@thgracefugoose.com before you place your order.

Uh oh, USPS lost my package!

Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. I wish I could help more but I am not able to track them down on my end. I do not issue refunds on lost packages.

 

DESIGN

Will my child's name look good on your products?

Of course! All of our products are designed to order with the details you provide. Although I use a standard template to design each item, I adjust each individual order to make sure your little one's name is the star of show. Because name's vary in length, the exact size and placement of your little one's name may vary from what's shown in my photos. 

Do you offer custom colors?

All font colors can be customized to suit your needs. If you're looking to coordinate with a specific item you picked for your nursery, send me a photo of it before you purchase and I'll see what I can do.

I looked at my order and realized I spelled my little one's name wrong, please help!

If you notice an issue with the details for a custom order please email me at hello@thegracefulgoose.com within 24 hours of purchase and I will do my best to make sure it gets corrected. I am not responsible for any misspellings that appear in the original order form unless notified within 24 hours of purchase that a correction needs to be made.

If you catch the mistake after 24 hours please still reach out to me. I may be able to change it or offer you a discounted price to redo the item.

 

RETURNS

Given the custom nature of my work, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations (unless notice is given within 24 hours of purchase). However, if there is an issue with your order or you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me at hello@thegracefulgoose.com. It is my hope that each item purchased will become a treasured keepsake - if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and I will do what I can to make it right!
