Shipping policy

For all customized orders (Hearts with initials or names, squares with embroidered names, etc.) production time usually runs around 2-4 weeks. We usually ship through USPS and it takes 2-5 days on average for products to arrive for a total of 3-5 weeks from the time you order to the day you receive your customized item.

If you need your item sooner please email me at hello@thgracefugoose.com BEFORE you place your order.

Orders cannot be canceled once they've been placed. Please DOUBLE CHECK your spelling for any personalized items along with your shipping address. We cannot guarantee we'll be able to update your order once it's been place.
